Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and basic Active Directory user administration.
  • Assist users with password resets, account access, software installations, and system configurations.
  • Manage incident and service requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
  • Perform workstation setup, deployment, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, and remote access tools.
  • Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation of support activities.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting SLA requirements and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Desktop, IT Support, Windows, Mac
  • 3+ years of desktop support experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
