SSIS/SQL Data Analyst II (Contract-to-Hire)

Contract Duration: 6 months (potential to convert)
Location: Remote (Must reside in EST time zone required)

Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support provider data initiatives and ensure data accuracy across key business systems. This role focuses on data integration, validation, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and ensure accuracy of provider and business data
• Identify and resolve data quality issues through investigation and root cause analysis
• Support data integration, transformation, and ETL processes
• Collaborate with business teams and developers to enhance data systems and workflows
• Perform data profiling, mapping, and quality assurance testing
• Assist with production support, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., ActiveBatch, Control-M)

• Experience with data mining and data manipulation

• Experience working with provider or healthcare data

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering)
• 2–4 years of relevant data analysis experience

• Fully remote role (must reside in EST time zone)
