Top Skills Details

This candidate is needed to support an in-flight custom build SAP ERP Implementation. SAP implementation experience required. This role will work with other program and PMO managers to share PMO leadership tasks through project completion. Experience with testing, cutovers, and hypercare on SAP programs required. Needs to be able to recognize gaps and solve for them whether that be within the PMO team or from our technical and business partners. Experience working with system implementation partners required. Experience with Service Now, Planview and Jira desired. Evenings and weekends may be required. This project is nearing the last phase of testing and will have 5 total implementations, each spanning a two-weekend period. This role needs to be able to remain flexible, working closely with peers and program leaders to ensure adequate coverage across a highly matrixed program. Responsibilities could include presenting to VP and SVP leaders, giving process guidance to the project management staff, leading a worksteam that might be tracking late or being an extra set of hands to run down activities during a go live. The successful candidate must be a driver, collaborate well with others, be willing to roll up their sleeves for a common goal and understand that new needs may arise quickly that need filled.
