Technical Business Analyst

Title: Technical Business Analyst
Duration: Long Term
Location: Chicago IL , Hybrid (one day a week)

Requirement and Education qualification:

Bachelor's Degree (Technical degree preferred)
10 years of IT experience
Solid experience with JIRA
5+ years of experience as a Business analyst in App Dev as part of a major industry (Fortune 500 preferred)
-Experience working as a Business Analyst at least 4 to 5 years and must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team in a collaborative way. Influence employees at all levels.
Experience in creating training materials and sharing knowledge at different levels
Experience working as an Business Analyst across multiple teams that are both local and remote (2-3 time zones difference)
Familiarity with common Agile practices
Proven ability in building effective partnership with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments
Aptitude for learning and using technology for both teaching and action research
Thought Leader - Must challenge status quo and grow every day. Must be able to build trust and earn respect at all levels within the company.
Communicative and facilitative - Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from Scrum team members to executives.
Assertive - Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls and manage conflicts

Preferred:
CSM/CSPO Certification or PMI-ACP
Project Management background and a PMP is a plus
