Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a detail oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support a large scale business transformation initiative. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, processing data, and supporting administrative operations across multiple business systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, experience working with spreadsheets and databases, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, record management systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Perform data entry, order entry, data collection, and transcription with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize data, create reports, and build pivot tables.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and document retrieval.
  • Support administrative functions through data management, document processing, and file maintenance.
  • Verify data accuracy and perform basic calculations as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Review records for completeness and update files as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical operations, or office administration.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Excel, including sorting, filtering, and pivot tables.
  • Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, and record management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic math and data verification skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with order entry or records management systems.
  • Experience supporting business operations or administrative services.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and documentation.
