Pay: $34–$45/hour W2

 

Innovar Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, polished, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
 

The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, support communication flow, assist with day-to-day administrative needs, and help ensure executives are prepared, organized, and able to operate efficiently.
 

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to two or more C-level executives.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prioritize competing demands.

  • Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up items.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Support travel coordination, expense reporting, and general administrative functions as needed.

  • Assist with office, facilities, or vendor-related coordination when needed.

  • Independently manage priorities, deadlines, and shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to two or more C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year office operations support experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Equivalent related work experience will also be considered.
