Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with exposure to software development projects to support onsite initiatives in San Francisco, CA.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with product owners, engineering teams, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in software development projects
• Strong experience in the Retail domain (eCommerce, Omnichannel, POS, OMS, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Proven background working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration concepts
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
