AI Content Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Content Developer in San Jose, CA.

Summary:
We are seeking an AI Content Developer to create and modernize advanced technical learning content in a security-focused environment. This role combines Generative AI/LLM expertise with strong content development, writing, and learning design skills.

The AI Content Developer will use technical source material, SME input, and AI tools to develop primarily net-new learning experiences for technical audiences. Responsibilities may include AI-assisted content development, scripting, microlearning, assessments, scenario-based learning, AI-generated video, content QA, SME review, and preparation for learning platforms. Initial focus areas may include AI Security, SASE, SSE, and SD-WAN.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience using Generative AI and LLMs for professional content development, generation, transformation, and optimization
* Experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms, including advanced prompting and prompt development
* Experience developing modern learning content, including microlearning, just-in-time learning, assessments, scenario-based learning, gamification, and/or AI-generated video
* Experience collaborating with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders through content review and development cycles
* Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and connected AI workflows
* Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content quality assurance skills
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and technical subject matter
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences for advanced technical audiences
* Ability to develop scripts for AI-generated video and evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, tone, pacing, and overall quality
* Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and independently manage content from development through final review

Preferred:
* Cybersecurity or related technical knowledge, particularly AI Security, SASE, SSE, SD-WAN, or Identity
* Experience with learning platforms or tools such as Moodle, Mindtickle, Colossyan, or comparable technologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
