Lead the future of IT project delivery at Donaldson. As our Senior IT PMO Manager, you'll shape how technology projects are prioritized, governed and delivered across the business. Leading a team of Project and Program Managers, you'll establish best practices, strengthen delivery standards and partner with senior IT and business leaders to drive successful execution of our global IT portfolio.

- Receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $123,800 - $162,450, based on your experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the IT PMO, setting project management standards, governance and delivery frameworks.
- Manage the IT project portfolio, resource planning and delivery quality across global initiatives.
- Develop and coach a team of Project and Program Managers.
- Establish project reporting, portfolio metrics and executive dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, testing and quality assurance.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align priorities and deliver business value.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
- 5+ years leading complex, global technology projects.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies (PMI PMBOK, Scrum, PRINCE2).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading an IT PMO or project delivery organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Agile certifications.
- Experience with portfolio management tools such as OnePlan, ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience driving organizational change and delivery process improvements.
