Summary

Job Summary

For this role, we are looking for passionate ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst/Functional expert to bridge HR and IT to optimize employee services, requiring expertise in Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle events. The ideal candidate would be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, writing user stories, and managing UAT for HR workflows. Location: Austin

Experience Required:

10 PLUS years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD module

Skills Required:

  • ServiceNow HRSD expertise - In-depth knowledge of HR Case and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
  • Process Mapping and Documentation - Ability to map HR workflows, create business requirements documentation (BRD), and translate them into user stories/acceptance criteria.
  • Technical Proficiency - Understanding of ServiceNow platform data models, tables, and security models.
  • Systems Integration - Familiarity with HCM integrations (example, Workday).
  • Agile Methodology - Experience with Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Stakeholder Management - Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops with HR business partners and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and document functional specs.
  • Configuration Design - Design HRSD applications (Configurable Workspace, Service Portal) using platform best practices.
  • Testing and Support - Develop test plans, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
  • Data Analysis - Analyze HR data for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Create dashboards and performance analytics to measure HR service delivery, such as SLA metrics
  • Platform Administration - Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, including minor enhancements and defect triage.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HRSD preferred
