Key Responsibilities: Accessibility Assessment Perform accessibility audits of digital systems and customer-facing assets. Identify accessibility gaps and deliver detailed test results with remediation recommendations. Develop and maintain accessibility test cases and testing protocols. Evaluate vendor products for accessibility compliance. Manual Testing & QA Conduct manual accessibility testing before and after remediation. Perform quality checks on accessibility audits and testing processes.
