We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Controller to join our thriving manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial planning, business analysis, process improvement, accounting, leadership, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, corporate finance, internal controls, and financial audits. Responsibilities:

As a Plant Controller, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Analyzing financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
4. Leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing detailed and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making.
5. Collaborating with plant management to develop strategies and plans for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
6. Ensuring compliance with all internal and external financial regulations and standards, including conducting financial audits.
7. Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
8. Leading and developing a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial planning, business analysis, process improvement, accounting, leadership, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, corporate finance, internal controls, and financial audits.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in the use of financial software and systems, including advanced Excel skills.
8. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
