Job Title: Technical Onsite Delivery Manager
Summary
We are looking for a strong Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, manage client stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of complex technology programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Own overall delivery responsibility for assigned programs, including scope, timeline, quality, and cost
- Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
- Drive program planning, execution, and governance across onsite and offshore teams
- Manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
- Lead solution discussions and provide technical direction where required
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including architecture, development, QA, and support
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and automation initiatives
- Support presales, solutioning, and client presentations as needed
Required skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Digital platforms)
- Strong experience with Agile delivery tools like JIRA and reporting frameworks
- Experience with modern architectures including APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Good grasp of DevOps, CI CD, and agile delivery models
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams on design and implementation
- 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role
- Proven experience managing large scale, multi geography delivery teams
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in onsite offshore delivery model
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and drive outcomes
Work Site: Atlanta, GA (onsite/ Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months
