  • Relevant Experience 10+ years

    Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, API design, React, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AI/ML platforms, Event-driven systems, Security frameworks (OAuth, PCI-DSS, SOC 2)

    Product lifecycle management, Financial services compliance, Agile methodologies,
    Stakeholder management, Technical roadmap development, Cross-functional team leadership

What You Will Be Doing
  • Define and execute product strategy for cloud-native syndicated loan platform serving financial institutions across origination, servicing, and settlement workflows;
  • Translate complex syndicated loan business requirements into technical specifications for six co-located development teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance standards;
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enhanced automation features that compress settlement times and enable straight-through processing;
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap balancing technical architecture decisions with business priorities, including microservices implementation, event-driven integration, and ML-powered document intelligence;
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities across lending syndicates by articulating technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs for operational efficiency gains, settlement time reduction, and platform scalability while ensuring PCI-DSS and SOC 2 compliance
