Our client is looking for a Software Engineer (Java Backend) in Charlotte, NC, below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Software Engineer (Java Backend)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Skills: Java / Microservices / Database Development, Virtual Assets & Blockchain Analytics Experience, Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or similar platform exposure

Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Java 11/17+ with Spring Boot and Microservices
Strong backend development experience
Advanced SQL and database design/performance tuning
REST APIs and integration services
Test automation using JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Rest Assured, or Selenium
CI/CD pipeline experience
Agile development experience.
Design and develop new Java-based microservices
Build scalable APIs and integration solutions
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
Support blockchain and digital asset analytics initiatives
Collaborate within a 6-member Agile team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with virtual assets, blockchain analytics, and digital asset transaction monitoring.
Familiarity with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, or similar blockchain platforms
Understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, wallet attribution, on-chain analytics, and financial crime compliance
Experience integrating blockchain data sources into enterprise applications for risk management and regulatory reporting
