Project Role Description :
The SailPoint Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise IdentityIQ solutions, ensuring robust identity governance, automated lifecycle management, and secure access controls. This role drives IAM strategy, integrates SailPoint with critical applications, and provides architectural guidance to development and operations teams.

Summary:
As a SailPoint Architect, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions, ensure alignment with security policies, and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. define the IGA security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess IAM requirements, developing the design and work with the team towards the implementation.
You will engage in strategic discussions to align security measures with organizational objectives, ensuring a robust security posture in the IAM environment.
Your role will also require you to stay updated on emerging IAM tools & technologies, adapting the security framework accordingly to maintain compliance and protect sensitive data.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect and design SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including onboarding of applications, connector configurations, workflows, lifecycle management, and certification processes.
Lead end-to-end IAM architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
Develop and enhance access governance, provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access models.
Perform upgrade planning, migration strategy, and optimization of SailPoint environments.
Work closely with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to enforce IAM standards.
Oversee integration with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, databases, and cloud platforms.
Review and troubleshoot system performance, logs, and connectors.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and operations teams.
Document architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Ping Suite, Active Directory.
Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
