Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: 1701 Towanda Ave, Bloomington, IL, 61701 Onsite Duration: 6+ Months contract

Description:
Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
Also may require research to troubleshoot customer problems.
