Current project work includes industrial piping systems, structural steel, civil and concrete construction, critical electrical services, non-destructive testing, and facility modernization support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level oversight for structural, civil, mechanical, rigging, piping, concrete, and related construction scopes.

  • Manage project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with safety, quality, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.

  • Support work connected to secure infrastructure, modernization, and operational facility needs.

  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, labor coordination, and execution strategy.

  • Partner with client representatives, government stakeholders, internal leadership, and field teams to drive project success.

  • Identify project risks, resolve field issues, and provide clear communication around priorities, status, and deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with federal contractor expectations, site protocols, documentation requirements, and security-related processes.

  • Support continuous improvement across project controls, field operations, quality, and safety performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading complex construction, infrastructure, industrial, or federal project work.

  • Hands-on understanding of structural, civil, mechanical, and rigging scopes.

  • Experience managing large field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

  • Ability to operate effectively in secure, regulated, military, government, or mission-critical environments.

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality control, project controls, and field execution.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting federal government, Department of Defense, military, or secure-site project work.

  • Active or previously held security clearance.

  • Experience with industrial piping, structural steel, civil/concrete construction, electrical infrastructure, or non-destructive testing environments.

  • Background working for a federal contractor or specialty industrial construction contractor.

  • Experience leading work on secure, regulated, or access-controlled project sites.
