What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of electrical construction projects while ensuring successful execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate project execution from preconstruction through completion
- Monitor project financials and maintain profitability targets
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and material deliveries
- Process and manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and project performance
- Partner with superintendents and field teams to achieve project milestones
- Ensure projects comply with NEC requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Maintain strong communication with clients, leadership, and project stakeholders
- Support project turnover, closeout, and final documentation
Required QualificationsEntry-Level Project Manager- 1-3+ years of construction project coordination, assistant project management, or field leadership experience
- Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Desire to build a long-term career in project management
Mid-Level Project Manager- 3-7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and client communication
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Senior Project Manager- 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Proven success managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Experience mentoring project teams and driving project strategy
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities
Preferred Qualifications- Electrical construction experience
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficiency with Procore
- Preconstruction experience
- Field supervisory or superintendent background
- Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
- Experience supporting data center, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial projects
