Location: Tempe, AZ (On-site required)
What\'s the Job?
\t- Provide first-level infrastructure support for enterprise server operating systems, hardware platforms, and storage technologies. \t
- Perform rapid triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of incidents to ensure minimal service disruption. \t
- Support enterprise environments utilizing Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, SAN, and NAS technologies. \t
- Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and incident resolutions to promote operational excellence. \t
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What\'s Needed?
\t- Experience supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments. \t
- Knowledge of server hardware, SAN, and NAS technologies. \t
- Proven incident management and production support experience. \t
- Ability to perform rapid troubleshooting, triage, and escalation as needed. \t
- Strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.
