Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering and supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments.
Strong understanding of server hardware, SAN (Storage Area Network), and NAS (Network Attached Storage) technologies.
Proven experience providing production support, managing incidents, and ensuring service availability in critical environments.
Demonstrated ability to perform rapid triage, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and escalate problems effectively when required.
Strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
