Job Overview:

Pay Range: $105hr - $110hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience with SAP GTS best practices.
• Experience gathering workstream requirements with business process owners.
• Ability to complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
• Experience planning and building Workshop A, including system demos and presentation decks.
• Strong experience in requirements management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP GTS configuration and documentation.
• Experience with key decision documentation and process flows.
• Knowledge of authorization and security in SAP GTS.
• Experience with test planning for standard and custom objects.
• Strong change management and reporting experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) environments.
• Strong knowledge of embargo checks, legal control checks, and sanctioned party list checks.
• Experience supporting export processes and import processes.
• Hands-on experience with customs management import processing.
• Strong knowledge of compliance management.
• Experience integrating SAP GTS with Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Dangerous Goods processes.
• Experience integrating with external warehouse systems (3PL).
• Experience integrating with ASRS systems.
• Experience authoring functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP GTS best practice implementation and solution delivery.
• Gather workstream requirements from business process owners and complete Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
• Plan and build Workshop A materials, including system demos and presentation decks, based on assessment outcomes.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform SAP GTS configuration and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain key decision documentation.
• Create and maintain process flows.
• Support authorization and security requirements.
• Develop and manage test planning for both standard and custom objects.
• Support change management activities.
• Develop and support reporting needs.
• Manage embargo checks, legal control checks, and sanctioned party list checks.
• Support export and import process configuration and optimization.
• Manage customs management import processing and compliance management activities.
• Lead integration efforts with SAP EWM, TM, Dangerous Goods, external warehouse systems, and ASRS.
• Author functional specifications for technical and development teams.
