Position : SAP EWM Architect
Duration : Long term Contract (W2 Contract Only)
Location : Remote job with travel to Phoenix, AZ .(20% Travel)
Job Description:
Solution design and delivery
Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements by leading workshops with stakeholders.
Design end-to-end SAP EWM solutions that align with the organization's architecture standards and business goals.
Develop solution blueprints and create functional specifications for configuring the system, custom developments (WRICEF), and integrations.
Technical configuration and integration
Perform hands-on configuration of core EWM functionalities, including inbound/outbound processing, storage control, and RF framework.
Specialize in advanced EWM features like Labor Management, Yard Management, Value-Added Services (VAS), and Slotting.
Integrate EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, MM, SD, QM, PP and TM) and external third-party systems or automation equipment.
Define and configure system interfaces like 3PL or 4PL to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Leadership and strategic alignment
Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to senior management and clients on SAP EWM best practices.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues, providing troubleshooting expertise to support teams.
Drive change management initiatives and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful adoption and long-term viability of the solution.
