Role: Infrastructure Engineer 3 – AppWeb

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer (AppWeb) to join our team and support enterprise-level application and web infrastructure. This role involves working across cloud, middleware, and production environments to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or contribute to high-level technical solutions across business and technology
• Design, build, test, and maintain complex infrastructure systems
• Support application/web product upgrades and deployments
• Monitor systems using tools like Grafana and ensure operational stability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, middleware, and application issues
• Manage risk, compliance, and operational controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Required Skills:
• 4+ years of Infrastructure Engineering / Production Support experience
• Strong experience with Linux & Windows environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Apache HTTPD & Apache Tomcat
• Solid troubleshooting skills (HTTP failures, Java application issues)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana preferred)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow / Incident Management systems
• Understanding of middleware, batch jobs, and alert monitoring
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in enterprise-level environments
• Knowledge of compliance & risk management
• Ability to handle outage calls and perform issue triage efficiently
• Exposure to Agile development practices
