Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and configure MDM, CRM, and Omnichannel platforms.
- Develop integration solutions between CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and external systems.
- Support end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications.
- Design and maintain Customer, Product, Healthcare Professional (HCP), Healthcare Organization (HCO), and Territory master data.
- Ensure data quality, governance, deduplication, and hierarchy management.
- Configure and customize CRM applications to meet commercial business needs.
- Design customer engagement journeys across various platforms and integrate digital engagement solutions.
- Develop APIs and system integrations using REST/SOAP services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with global delivery teams and U.S. business stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial operations.
- Exposure to Customer 360 initiatives.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Client Cloud).
- CRM or MDM platform certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in CRM, MDM, or commercial technology consulting.
- Experience supporting U.S. commercial operations in healthcare or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and cloud technologies.
