Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect to lead the selection, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for a public sector client. The architect will provide strategic and hands-on leadership across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR, with additional focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.

This role involves advising clients on best practices, architecting scalable HCM solutions, integrating Oracle HCM Cloud into existing enterprise environments, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong consulting skills, and proven experience delivering enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Solution Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements
Lead functional architecture and design primarily for Core HR, with exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security
Advise client stakeholders on Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, best practices, and solution options
Translate business requirements into end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solution designs
Drive process design, product configuration, functional design, and testing activities
Ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream/upstream systems
Support data migration, reporting, security configuration, and compliance requirements
Lead CRP sessions, UAT, cutover planning, and post-production support
Partner with technical teams, project managers, and business users to ensure successful delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership and IBM delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on Oracle HCM Cloud projects
Deep functional expertise in Core HR
Hands-on experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and HCM Security
Experience across full lifecycle implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment)
Strong understanding of HCM business processes, data structures, and integrations
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Public Sector / Government experience strongly preferred
