Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Core HR & Compensation Lead with strong Public Sector (K-12 preferred) experience to support enterprise-level Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. This role requires deep functional expertise in Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits, along with proven leadership in full lifecycle HCM Cloud delivery.

The consultant will act as a functional lead in a client-facing advisory role, responsible for solution architecture, implementation execution, and cross-module integration while ensuring alignment with public sector compliance and workforce policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits implementations
Architect and design solutions across 3+ Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Manage full lifecycle delivery including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover
Serve as the primary functional advisory lead for client stakeholders
Guide and mentor project teams through implementation and delivery phases
Utilize HCM Extracts and HDL for data conversion and integrations
Collaborate across modules including Payroll, ORC, and Time & Labor
Ensure solutions comply with public sector governance, policies, and regulatory requirements
Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization

Required Qualifications

7–10+ years as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead
Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits
Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including 3 focused on Core HR & Compensation
Proven ability to architect solutions across multiple HCM modules
Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR, or other HCM modules (required)
Experience leading project teams in a delivery role
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Public Sector experience (K-12, Federal, State, or Local Government) highly preferred
