Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrable track record of shipping customer-facing AI/ML products. Candidates should be able to point to specific products they drove from concept to launch that went into production.
- Experience shipping in environments with external customer commitments, hard launch dates, or revenue-tied deadlines - a distinction from internal tools or open-ended proof-of-concept (POC) work
- Operates with urgency: drives work to close on compressed timelines and treats speed as a core part of the job, not a tradeoff against quality
- Translates customer needs into technical requirements and back - fluent in both directions including production deployment considerations
- Defines and drives outcomes measured in customer and business metrics, not deliverables
- Proactively identifies risks, edge cases, and downstream impacts
