Key Responsibilities
- Backlog Management: Creating, ordering, and refining the product backlog to ensure it reflects current customer business needs
- Defining Value: Translating business strategy, market demands, and stakeholder feedback into clear user stories
- Prioritization: Deciding which features to build next to optimize ROI and align with the product roadmap
- Development Collaboration: Being available to answer questions, clarify requirements, and provide immediate feedback
- Accepting Work: Inspecting and accepting user stories during sprints, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the voice of the product, negotiating priorities, and communicating progress
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Decision-Making: Ability to prioritize and say no to align with product vision
- Communication: Clearly communicating what and why to stakeholders and developers
