Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with extensive experience in enterprise data platforms and Salesforce Data Cloud. This role focuses on designing scalable data architectures, enabling unified customer data platforms, and integrating advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem architecture, data governance, and large-scale data integration, along with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and define the overall data architecture strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud aligned with business goals Architect and implement integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems Develop scalable data models, data lake objects, and harmonization strategies Implement identity resolution, calculated insights, and advanced segmentation strategies Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Lead Customer 360 implementations to enable unified customer views and personalized engagement Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines and API-based integrations Collaborate with teams to integrate AI/ML solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein Studio, and RAG-based systems Support real-time personalization, predictive analytics, and recommendation engines Work with Enterprise Architecture teams on data modeling and system design Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) effectively Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across platforms Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions Participate in solution design discussions and provide multiple approaches to problem-solving Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 810+ years of experience in Salesforce or enterprise data platforms 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Deep understanding of Data Cloud architecture, including objects, data models, data lake objects, and harmonization Expertise in Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) and segmentation strategies Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, MDM, data lakes, and data warehousing Experience designing large-scale customer data platforms (CDP) and unified data solutions Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, or Databricks Expertise in API integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and Data Loader Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and API frameworks Experience with real-time data processing and personalization strategies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare domain environments Experience working with distributed teams (onsite/offshore collaboration) Experience integrating external LLMs and advanced AI models with Salesforce ecosystems Experience with Einstein Analytics and advanced data management platforms Strong ability to design multiple solution approaches for complex scenarios Certifications (If Any) Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (required) Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (at least one preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant , Salesforce Application Architect , Salesforce System Architect
