Position: IT Project Coordinator (Project Manager Junior)
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Harborside campus)
Duration: 8 months (with possible extension)
On-Site Requirement: 4 days/week
Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr
Note: More than 5 years of experience, they will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide project teams through complex situations, risk mitigation, and application of PDLC/AIM.
Support and administer project-management tools (in-house Project Portfolio Portal, MS Project, PlanView, etc.)
Prepare and package funding?related deliverables (IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD) by summarizing requests, inputting cost-plan data, and ensuring expedited sign-off.
Perform daily validation of numbers and dates to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
2 5 years IT project-management experience and waterfall &agile experience (Must Have).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
