Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineering Manager with 15+ years in network architecture, design, and management. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to oversee a team of engineers and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
*Provide technical leadership for global/regional connectivity models, carrier strategy, provider diversity, and performance SLAs.
* Drive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco Client, aligning with Zero Trust principles for secure device onboarding and posture validation.
* Design and govern hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
* Establish global hub-and-spoke and transit architectures balancing scalability, isolation, and resiliency.
* Guide cloud connectivity decisions (private vs. VPN, regional vs. global hubs) aligned with compliance and business needs.
* Define and implement enterprise segmentation across campus, data center, and cloud environments.
* Set best practices for VPC/VNet design, IP addressing, trust zones, and blast-radius reduction.
* Ensure consistent micro-segmentation and policy enforcement across hybrid environments.
* Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to support Zero Trust, disaster recovery, and compliance.
* Oversee cloud contact center solutions (Zoom Phone, SIP call flows), managing provisioning, call flows, policies, and reporting. ( Provide technical oversight, resolve issues, and mentor teams to enhance skills and operational maturity.
* Establish best practices, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
