Job Title: SAP Grant Management Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:
• Seeking an experienced SAP Grant Management Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Public Sector and Grant Management solutions.
• The consultant should possess deep functional knowledge of grant lifecycle management, budgeting, fund management, sponsor management, and compliance reporting within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or support SAP Grant Management implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and support grant lifecycle processes including proposal, award, budgeting, funding, and closeout.
• Integrate SAP Grant Management with Funds Management (FM), Controlling (CO), Finance (FI), and Project Systems (PS).
• Support grant-related budgeting, cost tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide functional specifications, testing support, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Assist with reporting and analytics for grant-funded programs and projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP Grant Management (GM).
• Experience with SAP Public Sector, Funds Management (FM), FI/CO, and Project Systems (PS).
• Strong understanding of grant accounting, budgeting, sponsor management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Sector/Grant Management.
• Government, higher education, healthcare, or non-profit industry experience.
• SAP certification in Public Sector or related finance modules.
