Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a PSS / Grants Management Salesforce Information Architect
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Grants Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Salesforce platform implementations and Grants Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading business requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities related to grants management processes.
This role is primarily focused on functional consulting and business process alignment. Technical Salesforce knowledge is desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Prior experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Salesforce Grants Management solutions.
- Strong functional consulting background with the ability to:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and process documentation.
- Support testing, training, and user adoption activities.
- Experience working directly with business users, program managers, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Salesforce knowledge, including understanding of configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience working in public sector, nonprofit, education, or grants administration environments.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis sessions.
- Provide functional expertise for Salesforce Grants Management implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize grant management processes.
- Create and maintain functional design documentation.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution adoption.
