Location: Remote
The RPA Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains automation solutions that streamline USCIS business and technical processes. The role supports DevSecOps, technical governance, testing, reporting, and other operational workflows through reliable and scalable automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, test and deploy, and maintain RPA workflows, bots, scripts, and supporting automation components.
- Analyze business processes and translate manual, repetive activities into automated workflows
- Support automation of DevSecOps, Release Readiness Reviews, technical governance, testing, and reporting activities.
- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and engineering platforms.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and operational controls within automated processes.
- Support integration of AI and ML capabilities into RPA solutions where appropriate.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automations to improve reliability, processing time, and data quality.
- Develop operational metrics and reporting to measure automation effectiveness and efficiency gains.
Minimum of 8 years of experience.
