Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Functional Business Analyst with strong banking domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. The candidate will gather business requirements, analyze processes, create functional specifications, and support delivery of banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
· Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
· Prepare:
· BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
· FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
· User Stories
· Use Cases
· Process Flow Diagrams
· Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
· Work with QA/UAT teams during testing and defect resolution.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product, and operations.
· Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies:
· Sprint Planning
· Daily Standups
· Backlog Grooming
· Retrospectives
· Analyze current banking workflows and recommend process improvements.
· Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.

Qualifications
