DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requires the services of 1 Enterprise Architect Specialist, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Enterprise Architect Specialist, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
8	Required	Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) as a Functional Analyst, actively involved in complex implementations and upgrades
8	Required	Experience in gathering requirements, conducting fit/gap sessions, performing system configuration, documenting business process
8	Required	Experience in Conducting testing including UAT, Integration, and develop training documentation for various Phases within PeopleSoft FSCM modules
4	Required	Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules GL/KK, AP, AM, PO, eProcurement, Project Costing.
4	Required	Experience implementing and support CAPPS and/or PeopleSoft Financial projects for entities transitioning from legacy systems
