This role will support business readiness, system validation, process improvement initiatives, and enterprise application testing efforts. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring system enhancements and transformation initiatives align with operational requirements and business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on testing experience and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements, test scenarios, and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business processes, system functionality, and project objectives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, process flows, business scenarios, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, integration testing, end-to-end business process testing, and post-deployment validation activities.
  • Validate system functionality, business processes, data accuracy, integrations, and workflow performance across enterprise platforms.
  • Identify, document, track, and validate defects, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
  • Facilitate testing activities by coordinating test participants, test data, dependencies, issue resolution efforts, and status updates.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and executable test scenarios.
  • Support system migrations, software implementations, platform enhancements, and operational readiness initiatives.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, job aids, release communications, and user support materials.
  • Provide ongoing reporting related to testing progress, risks, defect management, business readiness, and project status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process standardization, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems testing, process analysis, implementation support, or a related role.
  • Experience developing functional requirements, workflows, process documentation, and business test scenarios.
  • Strong user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, integration testing, and defect management experience.
  • Ability to understand both technical system functionality and business process requirements.
  • Experience documenting expected versus actual results and managing issue resolution activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, platform migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or comparable enterprise applications.
  • Experience using Jira or similar Agile work management tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data validation, and end-to-end business process testing.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
  • Experience creating process maps, training documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Exposure to customer service, finance, billing, subscription, warranty, operations, or dealer-focused business processes.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional business readiness and change management efforts.
