Duties: As a CFPMO Change Management Consultant, you will:
• Work with a high degree of autonomy and utilize our change management methodology to create and execute change management (CM) plans for assigned projects.
• Orchestrate cross-initiative CM strategy; anticipates collisions and sequences changes; tie outcomes to business KPIs
• Work closely with project and program leadership to establish and maintain relationships as a trusted strategic partner and ensure alignment on the change management plan
• Document and gain approval on the change management scope of work
• Tailor change management deliverables and scope of work based on the complexity of the project utilizing change toolkits and professional knowledge
• Create and implement change management strategies and deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Change Impact Assessments
• Skill Gap/Learning Needs Analysis
• Learning Persona’s
• Learning Knowledge Checks and Surveys
• Readiness & Adoption Assessments
• Communications & Engagement
• Sponsor & Leadership Toolkits and Coaching
• Change Champions, Learning Councils
• Provide detailed readiness & adoption updates including key insights and actions including at project meetings, steering committee meetings, etc.
• Continuously monitor readiness and adoption metrics, feedback, and other information to proactively adjust strategies and plans as needed to ensure high levels of readiness and adoption
• Identify and ensure resolution of people & adoption risks and issues
• Create, monitor, analyze and report on change success metrics (baseline and project specific) for assigned projects that align to the approved project charter/outcomes and effectively measure readiness and adoption
• Identify and empower change advocates within the stakeholder community by engaging trusted informal leaders to build understanding and drive successful adoption
• Influence sponsors, key stakeholders, and project teams to achieve necessary outcomes
• Frame strategies, recommendations, and trade-offs appropriately while navigating complex organizational dynamics.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
• Advise and coach CFPMO team and Corporate Function business stakeholders or people managers on change management concepts, practices, and procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
The Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years developing, leading and executing change management strategies with proven success in driving readiness and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to be a strategic partner, understanding the needs of key stakeholders and business functions to design and implement change strategies for medium and large-scale projects (e.g., digital, cultural, process) that achieve project outcomes and measurable readiness and adoption results
• Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Experience designing and implementing communications, engagement activities, and learning and training programs that drive readiness and adoption results
• Strong ability to influence sponsors, key stakeholders, and project teams, frame trade-offs, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Proven track record of coaching leaders at all levels to build alignment and drive change success.
• Experience partnering with global resources and third parties to achieve results
• Hands-on experience conducting, analyzing, and interpreting change management assessments (impact, readiness, adoption, etc.)
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot) and experience with change management tools and platforms (e.g., ADKAR dashboards, survey tools, AI tools)
• Ability to mentor and develop other change practitioners
The Ideal Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in change management, with prior involvement in large-scale transformation initiatives
• Master’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience and expertise
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies? (Agile/Waterfall)
• Previous experience working within a program management or transformation office
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite leaders
• Familiarity with behavioral science principles and their application in change strategies
• Demonstrated success in building change capability within organizations (e.g., training leaders, creating toolkits).
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
