Required Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, in production environments
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including incident management, issue tracking, and root cause analysis
- Experience working within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, supporting live applications and services
Desired Skills & Experience - Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications or supporting intelligent workflows in production
- Experience with batch processing, scheduled jobs, or data feed monitoring
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools or middleware technologies (e.g., MQ, WebLogic, Informatica)
