- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, HP ALM, TOSCA, codeBeamer and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large, hybrid (onshore/offshore) teams in fast-paced Agile or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities - Define and execute a robust, risk-based testing strategy tailored to AWS migration patterns (rehost, replatform, refactor)
- Oversee testing across multiple migration waves to ensure application stability, performance, and data integrity
- Ensure accuracy during large-scale data migrations, validating data validation, replication progress, and security in the cloud environment.
- Performance & Security Assurance Oversee non-functional testing, specifically validating scalability, high availability, and adherence to security standards
- Act as a central point for stakeholders, delivering test metrics, reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership
- Guide and drive UAT strategy and support end users during execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Testing experience in Life sciences and GxP applications
- Drive automation using CI/CD tools to validate infrastructure changes dynamically.
