Role Overview
This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables, which requires engagement across multiple teams within a project or program. The individual will ensure alignment across stakeholders and provide end-to-end visibility into delivery health, including scope, risks, timelines, and outcomes. The position is accountable for ensuring execution meets expectations in terms of functionality, quality, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate delivery governance routines, including kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls.
- Plan and manage delivery across multiple teams, including the coordination of inter-dependencies.
- Drive risk, issue, and impediment management to ensure timely delivery.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across business and technology organizations.
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership on delivery progress, risks, and schedule adherence.
- Ensure alignment of execution with defined deliverable requirements through engagement with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Enforce compliance with enterprise change management standards and processes.
- Support resource planning and capacity alignment for delivery execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage delivery across global, matrixed teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading the execution of technical solutions.
- A track record in a delivery or project coordination role.
- Interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage with both business and technology leadership.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and negotiation.
- Attention to detail with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of program and project management frameworks.
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management capabilities.
- Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Understanding of core infrastructure components (OS, compute, storage, databases, networking).
- Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in data analysis and executive-level presentation.
