Job Title: Business Analyst w/CCW & CCW-R

Required Skills:

• 8+ years' experience in IT and Hands-on experience with applications such as workspace, CCW & CCW_R, and understanding of downstream and upstream impacts.
• Cisco Quoting and Deal experienced and collaborated closely with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, aligning business objectives with partner needs and improving stakeholder
• Analyze the service install base coverage of customers and provide resolutions for disputes.
• Accurate True forward order creation and should assist with holds management and fulfilment/closure.
• Log incidents with IT for Services EA technical issues and track them for long-term fixes.
• Work-level instructions with detailed instructions and process flows should be created whenever there is a change in process or policies.
• Conduct business analysis of current system capabilities and challenges, document manual steps, work with RPMs and IT to enable the enhancements/automations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Partners, IT & RPMs, etc., explain the problem statement, and work towards resolutions.

Work Site: Remote (PST Hours)

Duration: 6 Months
