Summary

Job Summary

The position will serve as one of two senior developers supporting SCC's HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite (eSCC) application. The role involves Oracle EBS development, requirements analysis, application maintenance, production support, testing, debugging, implementation and technical documentation within an Agile development team.

Key Requirements:

8+ years Oracle eBusiness Suite experience, preferably Oracle EBS 12.2+.
Experience developing and implementing Oracle EBS solutions.
Strong experience with:

Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Purchasing
iRecruitment
Human Resources
Time & Labor

Oracle Forms and Reports.
Oracle JDeveloper / Java.
Oracle Workflow Builder.
Strong PL/SQL development.
Systems analysis and application design experience.
Application development, maintenance and production support.
Unit testing, system testing and UAT.
Requirements gathering and analysis.
Microsoft Office, Visio and SharePoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile team.

Preferred Skills:

8+ years Azure DevOps experience.
Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
Power BI reports, dashboards and desktop reporting.
Experience with Virginia State Government applications.
Agile development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, modify, test, debug and implement Oracle EBS applications.
Translate business requirements into database and application solutions.
Support Oracle EBS production systems.
Design and develop application programs and system components.
Perform unit and system testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing.
Define input/output requirements.
Support production implementation and application changes.
Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
Provide knowledge transfer to SCC staff.
Collaborate with customers and technical team members.
Follow established coding standards, development policies and procedures.

Important:

Hybrid – 3 days onsite every week.
Onsite days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
