Genesis10 is currently seeking a Copilot Agent Builder / Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The Copilot Agent Builder partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI-powered assistant agents. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technology, this role evaluates use cases and translates requirements into scalable agent designs to enhance productivity and streamline processes. This position requires strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills rather than traditional software development expertise.
Responsibilities: - Gather requirements and perform process analysis
- Handle solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Manage deployment, production support, and ongoing optimization of deployed agents
- Ensure compliance with governance and risk standards
- Provide regional business-partner support and contribute to the timely resolution of production and L3 support issues
Requirements: - Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking skills to evaluate business challenges and identify effective AI-assisted solutions
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical agent designs, workflows, and implementation plans
- Proven problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop scalable, user-focused solutions
- Experience planning and executing solution delivery activities, including configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support
- Ability to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and continuously refine solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage expectations
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and platform capabilities while operating within established governance, risk, security, and data management standards
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and support business partners in a distributed, multi-region environment
- Ability to provide production support, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and L3 support activities
- Experience improving business processes, user experiences, or productivity through technology-enabled solutions is highly desirable
- Software development or advanced AI expertise is not required
Desired skills: - Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI solutions, or similar assistant and automation platforms
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code technologies, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and conversational agent configuration
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies
- Experience planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Understanding of conversational design principles, user experience best practices, knowledge management, and content organization
- Experience supporting technology adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Ability to define, monitor, and analyze adoption, quality, operational, and support metrics
- Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred
Pay range: $36.18 - $44.18 per hour
