About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer to design, develop, and enhance automation frameworks and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Python, Java, cloud technologies, and AI tools, along with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance scalable automation frameworks
Build and maintain robust pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
Develop custom dashboards using Streamlit
Perform data extraction from multiple systems via web services
Work with SQL Server for data manipulation, performance tuning, and query optimization
Develop and manage stored procedures for data operations
Integrate and work with Jira APIs, JQL, and GraphQL schemas
Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Kiro, Copilot) to improve development efficiency
Work within AWS cloud environments for troubleshooting and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in automation and software development
Strong programming expertise in Python and Java
Proven experience in framework development and enhancement
Hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines and configurations
Experience building dashboards using Streamlit
Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and optimization
Experience working with AWS tools and cloud environments
Expertise in data integration via web services
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience in dashboard validation and data accuracy checks
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
Ability to handle complex system-level problem solving
