Job Responsibilities- Design and develop functional test fixtures for electronic controllers based on testing requirements.
- Responsible for fixture electrical design, mechanical structure design, and communication interface integration.
- Select and integrate power supplies, signal simulation modules, PLCs, relay boards, DAQ cards, and other components.
- Design fixture structure and cable/connector layout, generate assembly drawings and BOMs.
- Prepare fixture documentation, including test procedures and maintenance manuals.
- Support fixture debugging, verification, and mass production deployment.
- Continuously improve fixture reliability, maintainability, and testing efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and production teams to ensure fixture performance and safety compliance.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Familiar with electronic controller I/O signal characteristics and common communication interfaces (CAN, UART, RS485, LIN, Ethernet, etc.);
- Hands-on experience in test fixture or automated test system (ATE) design and development.
- Proficient in mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of PLC control logic or test automation using LabVIEW, Python, or C# is a plus.
- Capable of circuit analysis, component selection, and system integration.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and teamwork mindset.
Preferred Skills- Experience in complete test system integration or production line fixture design.
- Understanding of signal conditioning, isolation, and protection circuit design.
- Familiarity with NI, Advantech, Keysight, or Omron equipment.
