Title : Full Stack Developer (React + AG Grid)
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and AG Grid to join our engineering team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and developing robust backend services. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build interactive, data-intensive user interfaces utilizing AG Grid features such as sorting, filtering, grouping, pivoting, and custom cell renderers.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience implementing complex data grids using AG Grid.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Experience developing REST APIs using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Redux, React Query, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
