Job Description:
Looking for Software developer with strong banking domain knowledge and solid understanding of Credit and Debit Card processing.
Hands-on experience with Java, AWS Cloud, and databases, including Aurora, MongoDB, and Snowflake.
Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, and job schedulers, with a focus on application sustainment and production support.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java, AWS, and database technologies, including production support for enterprise applications.
Proven experience supporting customer/guest-facing applications in a high-availability environment.
Strong understanding of PCI and SOX compliance, including audit regulations and annual documentation submissions.
Experience with Incident Management Systems, preferably ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Ability to generate, manage, and resolve production incident tickets within defined SLAs.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions confidently and professionally.
Ability to provide clear, concise written and verbal communication, including telephone interactions.
Proactive mindset to develop or enhance support tools and contribute value-added improvements to the team, support and develop automation and innovative value creation initiatives.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities.
Team-focused approach toward software development, maintenance, and support.
