Your skills
  • 2-3 years of experience replacing hardware components (Motherboards, Hard drives, etc....).
  • Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
  • Valid driver's license, with reliable vehicle with acceptable insurance.
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.
  • Willingness to be in an On Call rotation with other team members, including working after hours and weekends
  • This role is a non-exempt salary position with a targeted salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 USD.

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, both consumers, and enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with desktops, laptops, RPOS, and printers. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as you will be the face of Hemmersbach in our clients' locations. You must be comfortable with long-distance driving, as this is a high-demand role that may vary depending on location.
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided. This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client's needs and the project's scope.
  • Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' desktops
